Job summary
Tawantech in Riyadh is seeking a Senior SAM Developer to design, build, and maintain ServiceNow SAM solutions that optimize software lifecycles, licensing, and cost control across the organization.
You will collaborate with SAM, IT Ops, Procurement, Security and business stakeholders, delivering scalable configurations, automations, and upgrade-safe customizations. The role requires hands-on expertise in SAM and license concepts to drive compliance and efficiency.

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow SAM solutions
- Implement SAM capabilities based on requirements
- Configure models, publishers, products, entitlements, license metrics, and installations
- Develop software license compliance and lifecycle management solutions
- Configure workflows, approvals, business rules, notifications, and automation for SAM processes
- Develop and maintain custom apps, scripts, UI components, and platform configurations
- Ensure best practices and minimize unnecessary customizations
- Support platform upgrades and keep SAM customizations upgrade-safe

The Senior SAM Developer is responsible for designing developing configuring and maintaining ServiceNow Software Asset Management SAM solutions to support effective software lifecycle management license compliance optimization and cost control across the organization The role will work closely with Software Asset Management teams IT Operations Procurement IT Security Enterprise Architecture Business Stakeholders and external vendors to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient ServiceNow SAM solutions The Senior SAM Developer will provide technical leadership across the full SAM solution lifecycle including requirements analysis solution design platform configuration development integrations automation testing deployment troubleshooting and continuous improvement The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Professional ServiceNow platform development software entitlement and licensing concepts integrations workflows and automation
- ServiceNow SAM Development Design develop configure and maintain ServiceNow Software Asset Management SAM solutions
- Implement and enhance SAM Professional capabilities based on business and compliance requirements
