Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Road Engineer to lead road supervision activities and provide technical expertise for major road and highway projects. You will review designs, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure quality and schedule adherence across construction and testing labs.

The role demands 12–15 years’ experience in road/highway projects, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of pavement engineering and materials testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 12–15 years’ experience in major road/highway projects.
• Expertise in road design standards, pavement engineering, and materials testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise road construction and pavement works.
• Review and approve design documents, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities.
• Resolve technical challenges and ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Monitor performance of asphalt plants, crushing plants, and field testing labs.
• Ensure timely execution of works according to schedule and quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and provide engineering recommendations.
