Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a seasoned Risk Manager to identify, assess and mitigate risks across infrastructure programs aligned with Vision 2030. You will own risk data, develop controls, and report on risk exposure while supporting project teams and stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have 10 years of experience, ME/KSA familiarity, and strong English communication. You will collaborate with multiple departments, ensure governance, and promote a culture of Safety First.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Risk Management, Engineering, PM, Construction Management or related field.
• Professional certifications in risk management preferred.
• 10 years of experience with a Developer/Contractor/Consultant.
• Saudi/Middle East experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain Risk Register, Risk Dashboard and related reports.
• Conduct risk assessments across planning, design and execution phases.
• Identify risk treatments, assign owners and track progress.
• Facilitate risk workshops with project teams and stakeholders.
• Support monthly risk review meetings and ensure data quality.
• Integrate risk controls into plans, schedules and budgets.
