Duties & Responsibilities:
- To manage the care of new and follow up patients at Riyadh Hospital from consultation through to completion of treatment.
- To maintain accurate and clear medical records.
- To ensure consistent medical treatment of patients by working in accordance with agreed protocols and achieve medical continuity of care for the Patients.
- To provide advice to clinical, scientific and administration staff.
- To facilitate own training under the direction of the Medical Director, in accordance with General Medical Board requirements, best practice, and Riyadh Hospital Policies & Procedures and protocols.
- To take responsibility for CME and documentation of activity in support of revalidation.
- To comply with current laws, regulations, and accreditation standards such as MOH, SCFHS, SFDA, CBAHI, JCI, etc.
- To assure the credentials, privileges, and competencies of the subordinates.
Qualification & Experience Requirements:
- 3rd category credential according to the SCFHS such as Saudi clinical diploma, Arab Board, Jordanian Board or post-graduate certificate, Syrian Board or specialty certificate, Egyptian Master, etc.
- Experience in the same field after the credential with a minimum of 2 years or according to the SCFHS regulations. For subspecialties, the physician should have fulfilled the required training.
- Current Registration in the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, as a Registrar, is highly preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, ATLS, NRP, ALSO certification depending on the specialty is highly required.
