Job summary

UCC Holding is seeking a Senior QA/QC Manager to lead the development of QA/QC strategies and ensure high-quality services and products. You will implement policies and supervise to meet project quality plans and client expectations.

Responsibilities include preparing the QA/QC plan within 30 days of contract, conducting supplier and site audits, reviewing submittals, and coordinating with owners and consultants to ensure quality standards across projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years working experience.
• 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
• 5 years GCC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain project QA/QC plan to meet the project quality requirements.
• Establish project quality objectives in line with IMS corporate objectives; monitors submittal status of QA/QC reports and reviews all technical submittals.
• Build and implement a control system for suppliers and subcontractors and conducts site audits.
• Attend required meetings and arrange all project Quality requirements with the project owner, consultant, and project management team.
• Oversee the review material submittals and method statements submitted by the contractor to ensure quality requirements are met.
• Prepare the project QA/QC plan and supervise amendments to meet quality requirements and client expectations.
• Prepare the project QA/QC plan within 30 days from contract start and get it approved from the consultant.
• Ensure review is undertaken quarterly or on a need basis.
• Supervise amendments and track revisions to the QA/QC plan and communicate to all concerned parties.
• Establish project quality objectives in line with IMS corporate objectives and monitor submittals of QA/QC reports.
• Amend quality objectives as per client requirements within 30 days of project start.

The Senior QA/QC Manager leads in the development of strategies and processes of QA/QC department by implementing policies, procedures, regulations of quality control work and supervisory techniques to ensure that work is executed within specific methods, project quality plan guidelines and procedures that can assure high quality of services and products, customer satisfaction, continuous improvement of processes and services.
