Job summary

NES Fircroft is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to provide commissioning support on large industrial projects in the Middle East. The role requires hands-on experience in commissioning, startup, or turnover phases, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in Oil & Gas or heavy industrial projects, familiarity with OT environments, and experience coordinating across project life cycles with EPC/PMC teams and stakeholders.

Senior Project Engineer - Commissioning Support

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Instrumentation & Controls, Electronics & Communications, IT, or equivalent engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas or large industrial projects, with hands‑on exposure to commissioning, startup, or turnover phases in the Middle East.
• Demonstrated experience across the project life cycle, including schedule, cost, risk, safety, quality, and stakeholder management.
• Working knowledge of industrial control systems, OT environments, and execution‑phase coordination in EPC / PMC project
• Demonstrates visible commitment to safety and regulatory compliance during commissioning and cyber‑related execution activities.
• Supports adherence to Air Products EHS requirements, site procedures, and cybersecurity governance expectations.
• Proactively identifies hazards, execution risks, and compliance gaps and ensures timely escalation.
