Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Procurement Contract Engineer to join the team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. You will manage day-to-day procurement activities for the infrastructure delivery programme, including vendor selection, negotiations and contract awards.

The role requires a graduate degree and a minimum of five years’ relevant experience, familiarity with lump sums, unit rates, ECI, and design & build contracts, plus excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required with relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Familiar with lump sums, unit rates, ECI, and design & build contracts.
• Experience with client or PMCM/ Oil & Gas EPC environments preferred.
• Airport/Infrastructure project experience is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder coordination and meeting delivery.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day procurement activities for infrastructure delivery.
• Develop tender schedules, procurement plans and evaluation reports.
• Manage procurement processes including vendor selection, negotiation and awards.
• Coordinate with client, program teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure records and compliance with local content policies.
