Job summary

PepsiCo in Riyadh region is seeking a Process Operator to run the process line and equipment efficiently, achieving production targets while minimizing waste. Monitor process controls, maintain hygiene, and report material usage and energy consumption.

Ensure GMP and safe operating practices are followed at all times. The role focuses on operating, controlling, and maintaining processing equipment to convert raw materials into final products in alignment with KPIs.

Qualifications

• ITI graduate or equivalent required.
• Good communication and a positive attitude.
• Able to operate processing equipment independently.
• Minimum two years in a manufacturing environment (waived with relevant tertiary background).

Responsibilities

• Run the process line and equipment to meet production targets.
• Pause production when out of specification in consultation with Laboratory Technician.
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping on the line.
• Report hourly process control checks and material usage.
• Ensure raw materials are available near the line and equipment is clean and in good condition.
• Support energy and material efficiency targets and participate in continual improvement.
