• Assess Contractor's project program and ensure regular updates.
• Identify delays or accelerations in project progress.
• Raise warnings of potential risks to project delivery.
• Evaluate Contractor's monthly progress reports and make adjustments.
• Support recovery action plans for on-site construction progress.
