Qualifications

• Education requirements are Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience: 0–2 years with a Degree; 7+ years with a Diploma (desirable).
• Strong knowledge of safety, operations and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control complicated equipment to maintain safe and efficient operations across all process areas.
• Conduct safety briefings to ensure operational safety and address unsafe/safe acts promptly.
• Prepare and communicate shift reports to supervisors regarding process status.
• Troubleshoot normal and complex operational issues.
• Guide and train junior operators to ensure proper practices are implemented.
• Oversee critical equipment operations and assist in production and maintenance processes.
• Deputize for supervisors and provide operational guidance to less experienced team members.
