Qualifications

Responsibilities

Performs professional duties of an Otorhinolaryngologist.
Provides consultation to other physicians for ENT issues requiring a specialist.
Completes medical records promptly with diagnosis and treatment plans.
Participates in group conferences for difficult ENT cases.
Collaborates with department in planning integrative care programs.
Answers questions about work and safety issues daily.
Monitors junior staff in the ENT service for quality and training needs.
Attends staff meetings and in-service activities as requested.
Advises supervisor on personnel performance and administrative matters.
