Qualifications

• Experience with Cisco security products and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support Cisco Secure Firewall environments (ASA, FTD, FMC, FDM).
• Implement and manage Cisco ISE for 802.1X, posture, profiling, and guest access.
• Support VPN solutions including IPsec, AnyConnect, and DMVPN.
• Manage and troubleshoot Cisco security platforms; ensure performance and compliance.
• Investigate security incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Lead planned changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (HLDs/LLDs).
• Senior engineers to lead security architecture and mentor juniors.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support Cisco Secure Firewall (ASA, FTD, FMC, FDM) environments.
• Implement and manage Cisco ISE for 802.1X, TACACS+, posture assessment, profiling, and guest access.
• Support VPN solutions including IPsec, AnyConnect/Secure Client, and DMVPN.
• Manage and troubleshoot Cisco security platforms, ensuring optimal performance and compliance.
• Investigate and resolve security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and engage Cisco TAC when required.
• Execute planned changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation including HLDs, LLDs, hardening guides, and as-built documentation.
• Senior Engineers: Lead security architecture, zero-trust initiatives, customer workshops, governance standards, and mentor junior engineers.
