Qualifications

• Strong understanding of incident and change management processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily health checks for Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) environments.
• Manage and optimize Secure Email Gateway policies.
• Lead the response to high-priority security incidents.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for operational processes.
