Job summary

Careermine in Saudi Arabia seeks an Integrated Planning professional to own end-to-end planning calendars, ensuring cross-department sign-off before release. The role manages a rolling 90-day roster considering Ramadan, Eid, Hajj, weather, and visa constraints to prevent gaps in labor coverage.

You will align equipment release with utilization targets, lead defect/backlog reviews, and govern field operations with real-time escalation of blockers.

Responsibilities

• Integrated Planning Governance: Owns the end-to-end planning calendar, reconciles mine schedules against maintenance and rosters, and ensures no schedule is released without cross-departmental sign-off.
• Roster & Workforce Management: Manages a rolling 90-day roster based on critical operational competencies, incorporating regional constraints (Ramadan, Eid, Hajj, weather, visa renewals) to prevent labor coverage gaps.
• Production & Maintenance Alignment: Negotiates and protects equipment release schedules, aligns availability with utilization targets, and chairs defect/backlog reviews to return equipment to standard spec.
• Shift Control & Field Execution: Conducts field-based governance (pre-starts, handovers, digging to design), enforces unified delay coding standards, and escalates shift blockers in real time.
• Data Unification & Reporting: Serves as the single source of truth by setting site reporting definitions, reconciling survey volumes against tracker and shift data, and owning daily/weekly/monthly packs.
• Safe Production: Verifies critical safety and geotechnical controls in the pit to address wall stability and traffic risks before they become incidents.
• Cost & Local Talent Development: Tracks unit costs (cost per tonne, cycle times, fuel/tyre usage) and drives structured development and succession planning for Saudi national engineers and supervisors.
