Job summary

JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior MEP Testing & Commission Officer to lead testing and commissioning of MEP systems on major construction projects in Jeddah. You will develop strategies, coordinate with project teams, and oversee functional and performance testing ensuring quality and safety.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering and at least 10 years of experience in testing and commissioning MEP systems, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in testing and commissioning of MEP systems on major construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their integration in projects.
• Experience developing and executing testing/commissioning strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards for MEP.

• Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive testing and commissioning strategies for MEP systems.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient testing and commissioning processes.
• Conduct and oversee testing activities, including functional testing, performance testing, and integration testing.
• Analyze test results and identify any issues or discrepancies.
• Coordinate with design and construction teams to resolve any technical issues during the testing and commissioning phase.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including test reports and commissioning records.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project requirements during testing and commissioning activities.
