Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Quality Engineer - MEP to ensure that mechanical, electrical, firefighting, HVAC, plumbing, and ELV installations meet project specs and standards. You will implement QA/QC plans, review designs, and assist in audits and handover documentation.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering with 10+ years QA/QC experience in MEP projects, and familiarity with ISO 9001 and related standards. Attractive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
10+ years QA/QC experience in MEP construction or related projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical systems, and testing & commissioning.

Responsibilities

Implement project quality plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality procedures for MEP works.
Review method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
Maintain inspection records, NCRs, QA/QC reports, and test certificates.
Participate in internal and external quality audits and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
