Job summary

Pertemps Engineering is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will work on large infrastructure projects including stormwater and utilities, advising clients and overseeing mechanical engineers to ensure specifications are met. Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and 15 years of experience in relevant projects, preferably from a consultancy background. Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.

Senior Mechanical Engineer

A leading infrastructure consultancy in the Middle East who are currently working on a number of multi‑billion dollar projects are looking to expand their team and are recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Engineer. You will have experience working on large scale infrastructure projects including stormwater, utilities, drainage and portable water.

Responsibilities

In this position you will be responsible for advising the Project Management team and client on technical issues and will have proven experience working on wet utility projects. You will be overseeing a team of Mechanical Engineers on site making sure that client specification is being met on time and within budget.

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 15 years of experience in the industry
• Previous experience working on infrastructure projects including water, utilities, foul water, clean water and stormwater
• Previously worked on projects involving wet utility design
• From a consultancy background

Additional Requirements

Prior experience working in the Middle East will be an advantage whilst Chartered Engineer status is preferred.
