Following a successful period of expansion, they are seeking a senior, strategic Marketing Manager to oversee their entire marketing function. The Responsibilities
- Full-Function Oversight: Manage and oversee the company’s comprehensive marketing strategy, including performance marketing, brand consistency across all digital channels, and creative campaigns.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team—utilizing a mix of in-house talent and outsourced partners—while establishing clear roles and performance metrics.
- Brand Stewardship: Create and maintain a cohesive brand identity, voice, and positioning that establishes clear differentiation from competitors in the B2B fintech space.
- Performance & Demand Gen: Design and implement data-driven demand generation campaigns and performance marketing initiatives to deliver high-quality leads and hit acquisition targets.
- Content & Thought Leadership: Develop and optimize multi-channel content strategies (web, social, email) to build awareness and establish industry authority.
- Product Marketing: Collaborate with product teams to effectively communicate value propositions, features, and benefits to target audiences while executing high-impact product launches.
- Cost-Effective Event Management: Plan and manage the company's presence at industry events and trade shows, ensuring maximum brand visibility and lead generation in a budget-conscious manner.
- Metrics & ROI: Establish and track key marketing KPIs, providing regular reports on campaign performance and the growth impact of marketing spend.
