Job summary

A leading lighting company in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer for project estimation and system design. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and 5-7 years of experience in systems like KNX Lighting, CBS, and Sound. This role requires strong analytical skills to prepare accurate cost estimates and commercial offers. Working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM, Sunday to Thursday.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in relevant systems required.
• Ability to count quantities from layout plans.
• Experience in preparing commercial offers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFQs and prepare commercial offers.

Overview

A leading Lighting Company and Smart System Solutions Provider in Saudi Arabia. Originally established as an extension of Abdul Rahman Abdul Kadir Corporation in 1976, and has grown into a pioneering Saudi company that embodies national values and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Study and evaluate RFQ’s/tender documents by reviewing and analyzing the scope of work, specifications and preparing commercial offers.


• Ability to count quantities from layout plans and making bills of quantities (BOQ), and technical submissions to meet the project requirements.


• Prepare details and accurate cost estimates for projects, encompassing material and aligned with the company policies and sales targets.


• Design the systems in projects as per company standards.


• The ability to develop and provide suggestions and solutions for the systems in projects,

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.


• 5-7 years of experience in the following systems:


• KNX Lighting Control System


• CBS System


• Sound System


• Experience in the following is a plus: IP Intercom System, Smart Locks, IP Telephone System, Wi-Fi & Network System, CCTV System

Working Conditions

Location: Riydah - Saudi Arabia

Working days: Sunday to Thursday from 9 AM- 5PM
