Job summary

ABIS is seeking a Senior Supervisor with expertise in hydrojetting, high pressure jetting, and water jetting within the Oil & Gas industry. The role leads on-site operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards across projects.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years in hydrojetting, proven leadership, and the ability to manage teams and coordinate resources to meet objectives and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Diploma in mechanical or related technical field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in hydrojetting/high pressure jetting within oil & gas.
• Proven leadership supervising hydrojetting teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong understanding of safety standards and operational best practices for jetting activities.
• Certifications in hydrojetting or industrial cleaning technologies are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hydrojetting, high pressure jetting, and water jetting operations on-site.
• Develop work plans and allocate resources to achieve project objectives within schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, environmental regulations, and quality standards.
• Conduct safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training for the hydrojetting team.
• Inspect equipment and ensure proper maintenance and operational readiness.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to align operations with project requirements.
• Monitor and report on project progress, challenges, and incidents.
• Mentor and guide junior supervisors and technicians to enhance team performance.
