Job summary

Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN seeks a Senior Finance Specialist to oversee inventory and fixed assets, ensuring IFRS-compliant accounting across Retail, F&B, and Spare Parts. The role handles capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and reporting, with active asset controls and audit readiness.

The incumbent will maintain asset registers, support month-end closes, and perform reconciliations, liaising with Procurement, Projects, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Professional certificate in Finance or Accounting (e.g., CPA, SOCPA, CFA, CFP).
• Strong IFRS knowledge, IAS 16/IAS 36/IAS 38, IAS 2.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed asset lifecycle: creation, capitalization, depreciation, impairments, disposals.
• Monitor inventory movements across ERP and warehouse systems; perform cycle counts and variances.
• Prepare depreciation, inventory and related journal entries; support month-/quarter-/year-end closes.
