Job summary

NEOM Green Hydrogen Company Limited (NGHC) Maintenance is seeking a senior Planner/Scheduler to manage instrument maintenance planning and scheduling. The role coordinates with operations, maintenance, engineering and procurement to ensure timely execution of activities and KPI reporting.

Based in the Neom Region, you will lead contractor interfaces and ensure safe, efficient resource use. You will apply SAP PM, Primavera P6, and MS Project to develop baselines, monitor progress, and report

Qualifications

B.S. in Instrument Engineering or equivalent.
Experience: 7–10 years in routine maintenance planning and scheduling within petrochemical, fertilizer, or oil & gas.
Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP S/4Hana, and ERP systems.
Strong understanding of instrument systems and related controls/equipment.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed maintenance schedules using SAP S/4Hana, MS Project, Primavera P6 or similar tools.
Domain expertise in SAP PM/maintenance modules; manage work breakdown structures and baselines.
Identify manpower, equipment, tooling, spares and materials per project needs.
Ensure optimal utilization of instrument resources and lead coordination meetings.
Provide on‑call support for plant emergencies and monitor progress against schedules.
