Aufgaben

• Install and maintain Cranes, Vehicles and other equipment.
• Provide emergency unscheduled repairs and scheduled maintenance.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts and test calibrations.
• Repair and overhaul hydraulic pump, engine and drive mechanism.
• Troubleshoot with drawings and instructed procedures.
• Install and assemble equipment.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and vehicles.
• Use hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment.
• Detect faulty operations and report issues to supervision.
• Attend emergency breakdowns and GPS/monitoring calibrations.
• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.

Job Summary

Perform highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain heavy equipment and facility machinery according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems. The goal is to support the achievement of the site s business goals by maximizing equipment uptime and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain Cranes, Vehicles and other equipment.


• Provide emergency unscheduled repairs of equipment during working on site and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of equipment.


• Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.


• Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts and test and calibrate.


• Repair and overhaul of hydraulic pump, engine and drive mechanism.


• Troubleshoot with the support of drawing and instructed procedure.


• Installation and assembling of equipment.


• Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and vehicles.


• Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.


• Detect faulty operations and defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.


• Always attend emergency breakdown LMI calibration, troubleshooting GPS, Black box monitoring.


• Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.

Job Related (Technical Knowledge & Skills)

• Education: Degree/Diploma in a similar field.


• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field.


• IT Skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and MS Outlook).


• Knowledge of ERP systems is preferable.


• Language: Good knowledge of English (Writing, Speaking and Understanding).
