Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience as a Category Manager in FMCG.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in financial analysis and budget management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage complexity, make data-driven decisions, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
