Job summary

Robusta is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead key fintech projects from start to finish. You will drive Agile delivery, manage stakeholders, mentor engineers, and promote process improvements to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct regular status meetings, and enforce project standards while delivering clear documentation and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in a technical or business field with relevant project management exposure.
• Minimum 6 years of experience, preferably in fintech.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Delivery oriented with multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Demonstrated problem solving and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining project plans based on requirements for fixed-cost or progressive projects.
• Managing scrum team and ensuring effective cooperation among members.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct daily and weekly Agile meetings to maximize productivity.
• Review sprint outcomes and follow up on demos for stakeholders.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and proper task division among team leads.
• Collaborate with business analysts to develop end-user documentation and guides.
• Promote company and project standards in all deliverables.
• Prepare status reports and lead regular project status meetings.
• Communicate with other TPMs to ensure best practices in PM.
