Job summary

Lantern Systems Co. Ltd in Tabuk is seeking an experienced ELV/Telecom Engineer to lead on-site installations of CCTV, access control and network infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on supervision of ELV, telecom and security systems and coordination with subcontractors to ensure quality and on-time delivery. The ideal candidate will review drawings, manage installations, and drive project execution with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of ELV/telecom experience on large projects.
• Hands-on site supervision and project execution experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise ELV, telecom, security and networking installations on site, including CCTV, ACS, IDAS and fiber infrastructure.
• Review shop drawings, specs, cable schedules and equipment layouts; prepare redlines and as-built docs.
• Manage subcontractors, manpower, work fronts, progress, productivity and schedules.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, QA/QC and other disciplines to resolve issues.
• Handle RFIs, ITTs, NCRs, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Prepare daily progress reports, monitor material availability, identify risks and delays.
• Support commissioning, punch-list closure, O&M documentation and final handover.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specs, quality standards and HSE requirements.
