Job summary

Solaiman A. ElKhereiji (SAK) Engineering Consultant Company seeks an experienced ELV Engineer to lead review, coordination, installation supervision, testing, commissioning, and handover of ELV systems across mixed-use project assets in Riyadh.

You will work with architects, MEP, ICT/AV contractors, and end users to ensure design integrity and quality. The role requires a strategic leader with 10+ years in ELV-focused construction supervision or PM, familiar with BIM techniques and international

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunication Engineering.
Minimum 10 years in construction supervision or project management with ELV focus.
Certifications such as BICSI (RCDD) or NICET are highly desired.
SCE membership is noted as a plus.
Experience on ME/Middle East projects preferred; knowledge of local codes is valued.
Strong understanding of ELV systems and construction practices.

Responsibilities

Review ELV system shop drawings and submittals for design intent and specs.
Coordinate ELV requirements (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, BMS, PA/VA, cabling) with teams.
Schedule and coordinate ELV installations with construction timelines.
Interface with consultants, contractors, vendors, and client reps.
Resolve site coordination issues and maintain snag lists and approvals.
Conduct inspections and quality audits; review O&M manuals and as-builts.
Support project handover, warranty activities, and closeout documentation.
Provide guidance to junior engineers and monitor progress via site visits.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
