This role is critical in crafting comprehensive marketing plans that align with Qiddiya's vision and project objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to all marketing initiatives. The Senior Director - Marketing Planning will oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing plans, guiding cross-functional teams in implementing strategies that effectively communicate Qiddiya’s brand and offerings. You will be instrumental in driving market research, audience segmentation, and campaign performance analysis to optimize marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing planning strategies aligned with Qiddiya’s business objectives and brand positioning.
  • Lead market research efforts to identify target audiences, market opportunities, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and digital marketing, to ensure integrated marketing efforts.
  • Oversee the creation of detailed marketing campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team, promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.
