Qiddiya Investment Company is excited to announce the opening for a Senior Director - Logistics role, positioned to drive logistics excellence in our transformative entertainment and cultural destination. This leadership role is crucial in managing and optimizing logistics operations that support our ambitious projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of resources crucial for development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive logistics strategy aligned with District and organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with District Leadership to integrate logistics plans into overall business strategies.
  • Oversee logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing logistics team to achieve operational excellence.
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control initiatives to optimize logistics efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Present logistics performance, challenges, and strategic plans confidently to the Board and senior executives.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the logistics function.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and eventual successor to the current logistics leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • A minimum of 15-18 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in large-scale projects or entertainment industries
  • Proven senior leadership experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement logistics strategies at a district or regional level.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience engaging Board-level audiences.
  • Track record of successful team leadership and talent development.
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Experience managing large budgets and complex logistics operations
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCP, CLTD) are a plus.
