Job summary

THA Venues, Parks & Resorts seeks a Senior Director to lead end-to-end site masterplanning for large-scale mega events in the Riyadh region. You will convert the client’s high-level vision into a detailed implementation plan for each event cycle, including venue footprint, infrastructure, resources and timelines.

You will head a large multidisciplinary planning team, personally developing masterplans, zoning, layouts and end-to-end visitor journeys, while maintaining accountability for

Qualifications

• Senior Director grade with a minimum of 12 years relevant experience.
• At least two complete delivery cycles of mega-events: multi-venue, large-scale, comparable in scope.

Responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end site masterplanning for large-scale multi-venue mega events.
• Turns client vision into a full implementation plan covering venue footprint, infrastructure, resources and timelines.
• Heads a large multidisciplinary planning team and acts as client’s single point of accountability for performance and output.
• Develops masterplans, zoning, dimensioned layouts and end-to-end visitor journeys, hands-on and producing.
• Conducts needs assessments, feasibility and validation studies, benchmarking against global events to shape optimal site solutions.
• Advises senior client leadership and integrates marketing, sponsorship, talent, media and operations requirements into one coherent site plan.
