Job summary

L&T Technology Services in Dammam seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and automate infrastructure using IaC, while maintaining CI/CD pipelines via GitLab. The role involves managing Kubernetes-based workloads on Google Cloud Platform and owning production systems with proactive monitoring and incident response.

You will collaborate across development, validation, and customer teams, participate in 24/7 onsite support, and contribute to documentation and readiness reviews

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps.
• Experience designing, developing, and automating infrastructure using IaC principles.
• Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Kubernetes-based solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Ownership of production systems with a you build it, you run it mindset.
• Technical bridge between development, validation and customers, with 24/7 onsite support.
• Prepare technical documentation, customer acceptance plans, and readiness reviews.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and automate infrastructure using IaC.
• Maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Install, configure, and manage Kubernetes on GCP.
• Own production systems with real-time monitoring, observability, and incident response.
• Act as a technical bridge between development, validation, and customers; participate in 24/7 onsite shifts and CAB reviews.
• Prepare technical documents, customer acceptance plans, and readiness reviews.
• Share knowledge and train the team to drive continuous improvement.
