The project

This is an opportunity to work on a large luxury-use development in Riyadh, KSA. Mace are providing project management consultancy services.

Logistics support driver plays a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of people, documents, and materials to support the smooth running of project logistics. This dual role requires flexibility in both driving responsibilities and providing administrative support within the logistics office.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Supports interior design team during detailed design (RIBA Stage 4) and beyond.
  • Manages external interior design consultant schedules and deliverables across all design phases.
  • Reports to associate director of interior design, ensuring project alignment.
  • Interfaces with multidisciplinary teams including construction, commercial, and procurement.
  • Reviews consultant submissions for compliance, quality, and project vision alignment.
  • Resolves technical conflicts across architecture, MEP, structural, and landscape disciplines.
  • Oversees FFE procurement agents from kickoff to site delivery and handover.
  • Based in Riyadh, with periodic site visits during Stages 5 and 6.
  • Leads interior design resources, manages daily operations, and presents KPIs.
  • Improves project delivery through new tools, process enhancements, and collaboration with PMO and CoE.
You’ll need to have:
  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
  • Extensive years of experience in similar roles, with a strong background in luxury hospitality or residential projects, including FFE and brand standards.
  • Skilled in interior design documentation, design reviews, construction submittals, and site/factory inspections with a focus on quality and compliance.
  • Knowledge of FFE processes, procurement, bespoke production, and oversight of procurement agents.
  • Strong reporting, negotiation, BIM/CDE proficiency, and collaboration across disciplines with attention to safety and documentation accuracy.
