JASARA PMC is seeking a Senior Design Manager to guide architectural design projects across asset types. You will lead a dedicated design team, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards, while facilitating clear communication among stakeholders.

The role requires directing complex design processes, managing multidisciplinary collaboration, and promoting sustainability in design and construction to deliver high-quality architectural solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Extensive experience in architectural design and project management, preferably in mixed-use developments.
• Proficient with design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Proven track record in managing complex design projects from inception to completion.
• Familiarity with sustainability principles in design and construction.
