Wakeb_Data is seeking a senior AI Solutions Lead to drive the development of advanced, scalable AI models. The role requires guiding architectural decisions, supervising the team, and delivering analytical insights to executives.

You will lead multi-node training initiatives, optimize system performance, and implement robust MLOps practices to ensure reliable deployment and operation across environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

• Professional Experience 4+ years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

• Technical Skills Proficiency in Cloud Computing technologies and their application in developing and operating AI solutions.
• Ability to design and build end-to-end AI systems, from data collection to deployment and operation.
• Experience in multi-node and distributed training for training models across multiple nodes.
• Application of resource-aware design principles to optimize computational resource utilization.
• Ability to manage model drift and performance degradation and monitor model performance after deployment.
• Optimize load handling and reduce latency to ensure system efficiency under high workloads.
• Design and manage AI/ML pipeline orchestration to automate training, deployment, and operational processes.
• Knowledge and Competencies Advanced knowledge of Machine Learning and Deep Learning models and their practical applications.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices for efficiently developing, deploying, and operating AI models, including:
• Distributed Training: Design and manage AI model training across multi-node environments while ensuring efficient workload distribution and training stability.
• Optimization & Scalability: Ensure performance efficiency and system scalability.
