Job summary

Some Tech in Riyadh is seeking an experienced data platform engineer to set up and operationalise an on-prem enterprise data platform across Dev, UAT, and Production.

You will implement topology, connectivity, and environment segregation to enable repeatable ops, and enforce security controls like RBAC and TLS with robust monitoring and backups.

The role requires staying onsite in Riyadh for two months and being based in India, with travel and stay managed by the client.

Qualifications

• Several years of enterprise data platform or platform engineering work, including on-prem setup.
• Hands-on with Informatica, Spark, Iceberg, MinIO and Denodo in installed/integrated form.
• Linux, networking, firewalls, TLS and enterprise access management you can implement.
• Based in India and able to work onsite in Riyadh for the full 2-month engagement.
