Job summary

AL8072 Grid Solution Arabia Limited Company seeks a Substation Automation Engineer with Cyber Security specialization to lead cyber security design, FAT/SAT and architecture definition across GA business product lines. You will liaise with tendering, execution teams and customers to ensure compliant, secure, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in substation automation projects and OT security.
• Experience with security designs and architectures and OT network topology? for OT.
• Proficient in security technologies and protocols (LDAP, RADIUS, SSH, SFTP, HTTPS, TLS, etc.).
• Knowledge of cyber security standards/regulations affecting utilities (IEC 62443, NERC CIP, IEEE 1686, IEC 62351).
• Fluent English speaking and writing mandatory.
• Travel up to 50% for missions, tender/project support, customer meetings and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• As part of Technical Tendering Man-days (MD) estimation for design activities during ITO stage.
• Review RFQs touching on Cyber Security and coordinate with Grid Solutions, Legal and other teams.
• Create Cyber Security Design Spec (FDS) and architecture references for ITO proposals.
• Develop Security Assurance Plan (SAP) and BOM template for cyber security devices.
• Configure cyber security devices (Switches, Firewalls, IDS, etc.) and participate in FAT/SAT.
