Role

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join a dynamic Human Capital Advisory team based onsite in Riyadh. This role focuses on designing and delivering tailored HR and rewards solutions that strengthen organisations’ talent and reward strategies. The position offers exposure to senior executives and decision-makers across the region and the opportunity to contribute to high-impact consulting engagements that shape workforce and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver customised HR and total rewards solutions, including job design, grading structures, pay benchmarking, executive compensation, and incentive frameworks
• Prepare and present clear, data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders, including HR leadership and board members
• Lead multiple consulting projects, ensuring quality, profitability, and timely delivery
• Build trusted relationships with clients, providing expert guidance and insight
• Mentor and support junior consultants to strengthen the team’s capability and expertise
• Drive business development initiatives from proposal writing to client presentations and identify cross-functional opportunities
• Contribute to thought leadership by sharing insights on market practices and regional reward trends

Key Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, HR, or a related field from a recognised university
• Proven experience in human capital or rewards consulting, with exposure to executive compensation, long-term incentive design, or large-scale HR transformation projects
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including strong report writing and presentation skills
• Skilled in facilitating client workshops and training sessions
• Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
• Proven project management experience and able to lead projects independently while ensuring quality and profitability
• Confident in influencing senior stakeholders and building trusted client relationships
• Demonstrated success in business development and market networking
• Collaborative team player with commercial awareness
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; fluent in English, with Arabic an advantage
