Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Manager - Commercial for the Racecourse project to oversee procurement and commercial management for SAR 3 billion works. The ideal candidate must have over 10 years of experience in managing commercial teams and procurement within major construction environments, and familiarity with FIDIC-based contracts is preferred.

This leadership role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to guide teams through the complexities of large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with procurement governance protocols and timely delivery of project goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of commercial and procurement experience on major construction projects.
• Proven ability to lead large commercial teams.
• Strong experience in managing procurement from strategy to final account.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement and commercial management activities across SAR 3 billion of works packages.
• Manage and coordinate a team of Commercial Leads and commercial staff.
• Prepare tender reports and governance papers for internal approvals.
