Job summary

sirar by stc, a leading cybersecurity and cloud security provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Senior Security Architect. You will lead the technical strategy on high-value multi-cloud pursuits, from vision to delivery, and act as the senior technical authority in executive engagements.

In this role you will define reusable blueprints, drive architecture reviews, mentor junior colleagues, and collaborate with sales and hyperscalers to accelerate deals.

Qualifications

• Senior-level cybersecurity and cloud security architecture experience.
• Pre-sales leadership and delivery oversight.
• Expert-level certifications in at least two hyperscalers (OCI/AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Ability to communicate with C-suite and influence executive decisions.
• Knowledge of security operations, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) frameworks.

• Serve as the senior technical authority in executive (CIO/CISO/C-level) engagements shaping outcomes and defending architecture decisions.
• Define reusable blueprints, reference architecture and standards for the Architecture Office; drive architecture review and approval gates.
• Provide escalation-level troubleshooting and design authority for complex operational and security issues.
• Mentor and uplift junior colleagues; support partner and hyperscaler co-sell at a strategic level.
• Collaborate with sales, partners and hyperscaler co-sell teams to accelerate deals.
• Own the technical pre-sales cycle, discovery, solution design, RFP/proposal responses, BoQs, PoCs and technical demos.

• Serve as the senior technical authority in executive (CIO/CISO/C-level) engagements, shaping outcomes and defending architecture decisions.
• Define reusable blueprints, reference architecture and standards for the Architecture Office; drive architecture review and approval gates.
• Provide escalation-level troubleshooting and design authority for complex operational and security issues.

Required Experience:

• Extensive, senior-level experience in cybersecurity, cloud security architecture spanning pre-sales leadership and delivery oversight.
• Expert-level certification in at least two hyperscaler (OCI, AWS, GCP or Azure), with strong multi-cloud breadth preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence in C-level meetings and steer executive decision-making.
• Deep hands-on troubleshooting capability across cloud-native and third-party security controls.
• Deep, broad command of enterprise security, network, identity, data, application, endpoint and security architecture patterns (Zero Trust, defence-in-depth, secure-by-design).
• Expertise across security operations and resilience, SOC/SIEM/SOAR, incident response, threat detection, BCP/DR and forensics readiness.
• Ability to align technical security controls to governance, risk and compliance (GRC) frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS) at an enterprise scale.
• Authoritative command of KSA regulatory frameworks (NCA ECC/CCC, CST, SAMA, PDPL) and security-by-design delivery.
• Exposure to multi-cloud and sovereign cloud environments.
• Familiarity with third-party security tooling (CSPM, PAM, DLP, ZTNA) alongside native controls.
• Senior-level general security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF) strongly preferred.

Academic Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Years of Experience :

• 5-9 years in relevant experience.
