Job summary

neoleap seeks a senior Cloud Infrastructure Lead to oversee administration, optimization, and security of our cloud environments. You will ensure reliability, performance, and scalability while aligning with policy and best practices.

You will implement cloud solutions, manage OpenShift clusters, and drive automation and IaC to improve deployment efficiency; you will collaborate with cybersecurity, network, and application teams and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cloud infrastructure initiatives.
• Strong OpenShift cluster administration and troubleshooting.
• Proficient in automation and Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Ability to develop technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and optimize the organization’s cloud infrastructure, including compute, storage, networking, and related services.
• Implement, configure, and upgrade cloud platforms and infrastructure components to meet operational requirements.
• Monitor cloud environments, analyze performance and capacity, and address issues.
• Lead investigation and resolution of complex cloud incidents.
• Deploy, configure, and support applications and services across cloud environments.
• Manage and support OpenShift environments, including cluster administration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Apply cloud security controls and best practices to protect systems and data.
