Job description

The Senior Civil Engineer (Onshore) may operate within the Core Engineering Team or PMT project team environment. The Senior Civil Engineer (Onshore) may have engineer grade onshore civil personnel under his responsibility and will be tasked with their control and management and the delegation of activities to such support personnel. The Senior Civil Engineer (Onshore) may work under the supervision of a Lead Civil Engineer (Onshore), in which case his responsibilities will be as delegated. The Senior Civil Engineer (Onshore) may be in charge of any or all of the following tasks:

1. Managing and supervising civil engineering personnel.
2. Delegating activities to support personnel.
3. Participating in construction and commissioning phases.
4. Ensuring compliance with project standards and procedures.
5. Collaborating with project teams to meet project objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• At least twelve (12) years of experience, with six (6) years in civil engineering related to structures for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical Onshore projects.
• PMC experience in a similar role for several years is preferable.
• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standards and procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Proficient in MS Office packages, particularly Word and Excel.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
