Job summary

Power International Holding (PIH) seeks a Senior Draftsman to organize and supervise the documentation of structural drawings, submittals, and schedules in coordination with architecture and MEP works.

The role involves producing high-quality shop drawings from customer-approved submittals, reviewing work for accuracy, and mentoring junior draftsmen while ensuring compliance with codes and project specs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD drafting and reviews of architectural and MEP drawings.
• Experience coordinating with engineers, architects, and contractors.
• ERP SAP knowledge is preferred for project cost control and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed CAD drawings from sketches, specs, and design requirements.
• Review drawings for accuracy and compliance with standards and project specs.
• Coordinate drafting with engineers and architects to align with goals.
• Provide guidance and training to junior draftsmen to improve productivity.
• Ensure drawings meet building codes and regulatory requirements.
• Organize drawing files and ensure timely delivery of drawings.
