Job summary

National Initiative Human Resource Company on behalf of a Tier one client in the PEB & Steel Structures sector is seeking an analytical and commercially minded professional to support the General Manager - Operations with financial analysis, market research and business opportunity evaluation.

The role involves preparing performance reports and developing executive presentations and dashboards, coordinating with internal teams to drive strategic initiatives and effective decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration.
• 4–8 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, business analysis, commercial analysis or corporate planning.
• Strong financial modelling, market research and data-analysis capabilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI is an advantage.
• Excellent report writing, presentation and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to convert complex information into clear recommendations for senior management.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsibilities
