Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Structural/Bridges SME with 15+ years in steel bridge design and construction supervision for major infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

You will lead design development, supervise construction activities, and coordinate with clients, contractors and multidisciplinary teams to ensure delivery aligns with local standards and programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required.
• Minimum 15 years in bridge engineering with steel bridge design and supervision.
• Experience delivering projects in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• Proficiency with MIDAS Civil, SAP2000, CSI Bridge, RM Bridge or SOFiSTiK.
• Chartered engineering accreditation desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead bridge design and engineering for steel structures in major projects.
• Provide construction supervision and site oversight to ensure design compliance.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Review shop drawings, submittals, methods and temporary works designs.
• Support project delivery and regulatory compliance on site.
