The project

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Manage design deliverables and oversee outputs from direct and indirect reports.
  • Develop and manage design in line with contractual requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients, design disciplines, and construction teams.
  • Report progress and participate in client meetings and design workshops.
  • Support bidding activities and lead business improvement initiatives.
  • Implement training plans and continuous improvement strategies.
  • Build and influence key stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
  • Champion sustainability and contribute to our net zero carbon goals.
You’ll need to have:
  • Degree qualification in the relevant subject essential.
  • 15+ years’ postgraduate professional experience is essential.
  • Stadium, Events or Sports venue experience is essential.
  • Chartered or professional membership is an advantage.
