Job summary

HudHud Maps is hiring an Android Engineer to join a fast-growing team building mapping apps in Kotlin. You will design, develop, test and maintain features that power location-based experiences and map rendering using modern Android frameworks.

You will work closely with backend and design colleagues, implement robust APIs, and continuously improve app performance and reliability in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field.
• 5+ years of Android app development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kotlin.
• Native Android development is essential.
• MapLibre knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and OAuth2 authentication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and optimize high-performance Android apps.
