Job summary

Thndr is seeking a hands-on Trader to support the Saudi brokerage dealing-desk and ensure reliable day-to-day trading on Tadawul. You will monitor automated order flow, oversee system performance, and respond to trading anomalies with prompt escalation.

Ideal candidates will have CMA-licensed broker experience, deep Tadawul knowledge, and a disciplined approach to risk, controls, and trade lifecycle management. Saudi residency is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Trader/Dealer experience at a CMA-licensed brokerage or Tadawul member firm.
• Strong practical knowledge of Tadawul trading systems, order types, and market activity.
• Understanding of the Saudi trading lifecycle: order submission, clearing, and settlement.
• Experience monitoring trading activity, identifying exceptions or unusual patterns, and escalating issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor automated client order flow and trading activity during sessions.
• Oversee trading-system performance and identify unusual activity, spikes, anomalies, or issues.
• Monitor order status and identify rejected, delayed, or irregular orders; escalate as needed.
• Support trade surveillance, risk, and compliance with CMA regulations and internal controls.
• Coordinate with Operations on trade confirmations, clearing, and settlement with Tadawul.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve order handling and monitoring.
