Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the Printing, Packaging, or Branding Industry.
• Proven record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into profitable accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer preferences.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborate with design and production teams for timely delivery.
• Represent the company at trade shows and marketing events.
• Track competitor activities to devise effective sales strategies.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Arabic preferred)

Strong understanding of market dynamics in the printing and branding sectors

Ability to identify new business opportunities

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software

Negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills

Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
