Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in our information technology company. The Sales Executive will be responsible for prospecting, selling, promoting our services and closing new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with potential clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of the IT industry and our services, and the ability to build strong relationships, and close deals to generate revenue for the company.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and cold calling potential clients within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape to tailor solutions that address client requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical teams, to develop effective solutions and proposals that align with customer needs.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our products and services.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitable contracts are secured and all necessary legal and commercial aspects are addressed.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
  • Regularly update and maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and activity records using the company's CRM system.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
  • Collaborate with sales management to share insights, best practices, and contribute to the overall sales strategy of the company.
Qualifications

SAUDI national - Female is MUST

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in Information Technology Services.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage and influence key decision-makers.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, networking, and cloud solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships through effective negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in using CRM software, MS Office applications and other sales tools to track leads, opportunities, and sales activities.
  • A positive attitude, resilience, and a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure profitable contracts.
  • Excellent Command of both English and Arabic
