Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Madinah for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing corporate and leisure accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.

The role includes promoting hotel services such as rooms, meeting spaces, events, and group bookings, negotiating contracts, and ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction in line with Marriott brand standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new sales leads and develop new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors within the hospitality sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and partners
  • Promote hotel offerings including accommodation, meetings, events, and group business
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and agreements to maximize revenue
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client data using CRM systems
  • Collaborate with operations and service teams to ensure high guest satisfaction
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry (mandatory)
  • Strong lead generation, market research, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in sales management and CRM systems
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities
